the trainer has been updated to 0.8.1a
An issue with villager godmode has been fixed, I could not however find any problems with the resources
Can you try verifying your game files?

I click on a building, for example a storage yard or saw pit, then activate the minimum 500 cheat, click away from the building then click back on it - that used to work but not anymore.
