Do you own the game via steam or do you have a retail?
Were you able to activate the wage budget cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Did you spend some wage budget after activating the cheat?

yes, only 50 mio wage budget can activate. 10 and 25 mio wage budget cannot activate.
when i activate 50 mio wage budget, it doesnt do anything on the wage budget in game.
50 mio balance, transferbudget and sponsor works well.

We changed something in the lastest version. Everything should be working again.
