Website is broken, cannot login into submit support ticket

Yeah resysteled the button and made an error, fix will go online with other fixes.
you can always reply in the trainer to a ticket on the "`?" symbol :)

thanks for the suggestion. However the trouble is (and why I have a ticket open) is that the plitch trainer won't open for me. I've tried the utilities and the registry / files cleaner and keeps giving me "client_hardwareprofile_get_failed" ... so ... can't communicate in-trainer and can't communicate to my ticket ... yet can comment here.

Did it give oyu the okay in the tool? Then check if your wmi is even running , if not restart it.

Just a quick update, I was finally able to log into the website. It was clearly some issue with the redirect from the old website. Once the site and app switched over completely to Plitch from the old, everything seems to work fine now.
