You activate the cheat, recruit some units, deactivate the cheat, end your turn :o

The cheats aren't working for me. I can't add money or when I activate 1 turn construction, I glitch out of the game

What do you mean by "you glitch out of the game"?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
