What does "Build anywhere" do exactly?

Been trying to figure out the build anywhere cheat and I just dont understand what it does. Would be cool if you could stack multiple log piles on top of each other

Hiya,

it removes the placement restrictions when building. If you try and place something and it shows as a red mesh, it'll ignore that and place it anyway
