which cheat are you trying to use?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

I do not know how to activate the prepare, that is the point of my poorly written question.

I press the activate button but nothing happens.  At what point in the game can I activate the prepare button?

The activate button won't work, even when you run in admin mod for both steam and Plitch. This is apparently being looked into now.
