The 32 and 64bit in the trainer version has nothing to do with your OS.
The 32bit is refering to the game engine, the game was coded in 32 bit , has nothing to do with you running a 64 bit OS.
Pretty much everyone is running 64bit since AMD Athlon but that does not mean that all programs and engines are coded in 64bit
