XP and hacksilver maxed/capped at 9999 on PC

Not sure what I am doing wrong here.  I have unlimited resources.  I have tried adding a lot of XP and hacksilver.  But for some reason XP and hacksilver will not go above 9999.  This prevents me from getting a lot of higher end upgrades, etc.

I'm probably just doing something stupid, but I just can't figure out what it is!

You need to deactive the unlimited resources cheat.

We changed the cheats a bit and the unlimited resources is now split into 2 "super resources" cheats.
If the cheat is still affecting the amount of hacksilver, just deactivate the super resources cheat before adding hacksilver.

We changed the cheats a bit and the unlimited resources is now split into 2 "super resources" cheats.
If the cheat is still affecting the amount of hacksilver, just deactivate the super resources cheat before adding hacksilver.
