Only cheat I have access to is the +10,000 credit cheat without premium, and it doesn't work.
Started the game through Plitch, activated it via ctrl + F1 and it appears activated in the program, it just isn't adding money in game, bought some stuff to see if the value would change then, but nada.
I opened pcars in Cheat Engine and found the credit value manually to see if Plitch was doing anything, and when I press ctrl + f2, it definitely is changing it. I can see it adding 10k each time in cheat engine, but the value isn't sticking. Looks like you're targeting the credit's display value only. I was able to give myself a cool 99 million credits in cheat engine, though.
Not really convincing me to pay for anything if the free stuff isn't working to begin with.

If your windows user is not an administrator, you have to make sure that also all your game platforms (Steam, Origin, Epic, MS Store, UPlay, Gog or Retail) are running with admin-rights as well. Otherwise, PLITCH will not be able to find the game’s .exe – this mainly has to do with Microsoft’s weird user control ever since Windows Vista. So if your trainer just cannot recognize the game, double that everything was started as ADMIN.
