One to add to your 'to do list' .... present cheats don't work, dead, defunct, inoperative etc etc etc. Steam version is now:

version 2.0.00.9770(release)af78dcaaf 

Any chance??? 😉

The update is on the to-do list. 
We've been having some problems with the lastest version, but we're still working on it.

This problem still exists! Game version is the same as quoted above, but available Plitch versions are not compatible! Infinite Ammo seems to be the only cheat that activates, which is strange as Prepare remains inactive. 
As mentioned above ... any chance this side of Christmas of a working solution? 😉

I'm so sorry about the big delay. Unfortunately we're still having some problems with the lastest version :/
We're currently working on more trainer features so we can hopefully bring back the ion fury trainer.
