2nd character speed button

The game freezes when going into the hotel via fast travel when the character speed is upped, you are also unable to open chests and some doors because the animation does not show up. Can you create a second character speed button so I can quickly switch between normal and fast? I have to tab out to slow down the speed to normal to open chests.
