Add/Sub Money Not Working On Loaded Game
I have run both steam and Plitch as admin, I have waited to prepare, I did test on a completely new game, worked fine, it worked once on the loaded game then after spending some I could not click the add or sub buttons at all, they don't even light up.

Did another test just to check, these options seem to only work on your home plot
