Adding skill points cheat doesn't work as of current patch

I agree, it does not work for me neither. Played with dwarfs and Silvan Elves

The remove all skill points cheat doesn't work either!

Please try to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
