Hello, re-bought this game from Steam and the version is 100.12.21704.0 with no mention of an update. I don't see 21704 in the list anywhere and when I select any Steam version it sends me to the Staem Store for AoE DE ???

Are you 100% sure you own the right game on steam?
Because whenever you press the play button and get send to the steam store... that means you don't own the game :/

I mean in plitch it opens the steam store. I can launch and play the game from Steam as expected.

Ah no - that's the issue. It does not work. Plitxch will not work with 100.12.21704.0 witch is the only version coming from Steam
