I am unable to sync my app client with my laptop. I did a fresh install on a Windows 10 Pro laptop with no Antivirus and with the firewall disabled. This is a test laptop that I have and Widows 10 Pro has been reset to factory settings. The software launches fine on both the laptop and cellphone but my cellphone does not see my laptop when I try to connect/sync them. I am able to ping my laptop from my cellphone and cellphone from my laptop. This verifies that they are both on the same network and that they both see each other. Once again I am running Windows 10 Pro on my laptop and my phone is a Galaxy S20 Ultra. I have a support ticket open but I wanted to put this here because maybe someone found a fix that helped them.

Did you hit refresh in the app? For me it sometimes happenes that the app doesn't see my PC with the initial scan, but pressing refresh a few times works.

Yes. I even set the screen to stay awake and left it running for an hour, nothing.  I can see the screen refeshing. I press the refesh button 10 times after your post and still nothing.

Do any other apps work with connection to your PC ? Like unified remote or something? Just wanna make sure that nothing is it with like port forwarding or something.

Networkdiscovery has to be enabled, make sure your network is set to private not public.

I just tried Unified app and it works perfect. I moved the mouse cursor on the laptop and even launched the Plitch client using it. Once started my phone could not find my laptop. I even went into the firewall advanced settings to make sure my inbound and outbound settings gave plitch full access. Even though my netwrok is set to private I gave plitch full access in my firewall to private, public and domain.
