Are you playing via steam or uplay and are you playing the addon or not?
Did you make sure to select the right version (Steam/SteamAddon/Uplay/UplayAddon) in the trainer?
What isn't working for you? The prepare?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

First thing you should do is to make sure to select the right Version in the Trainer.
Whether you're playing via steam or uplay and whether you're playing the addon or not

After that all you have to do is load into your savegame and activate the prepares. Then you can use all of the other cheats.

How do i know what version i need to use? There is liek 20 of them..
When I go to Play tit opens the game via Steam but the shortcuts dont work

Please assist
