Basically, it doesn't work.
When I select version 0.26.5.4 14beta, the cheat doesn't activate after a minute or 10 minutes, even though I run it with administrator rights. And if I select 0.26..4.21 10beta, buildings are damaged, and immortality is enabled for hostile NPCs as well. Basically, it doesn't work.

thank you for reporting the issue. Please always use the latest version (the one on top), as we cannot guarantee that the cheats will work in older versions.
Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?
Additionally, please make sure to run both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the icons on your desktop and selecting “Run as administrator.” Then launch the game using the “PLAY” button in PLITCH, load your save file, and wait a few minutes before attempting to activate the Prepare.

Prepare doesn't launch, of course I run the cheat as administrator, I also waited a long time before activating, and nothing happened either.
