the infinite ammo shows sometimes in multiplayer number will change then it will vanish

We only support single player.

What isn't working for you?
As free user you only have access to the unlimited ammo cheat. 
Were you able to activate the cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Is the cheat greyed out?
