Can't get them to work anymore

I try to use the resource cheats on solo/campaign mode and it doesn't work. I'm using the UPLAY and not the UPLAY+.  These cheats were working before the games recent update so idk if thats affecting it or there is another angle that I can use to make these cheats work. Thanks for any help

Hey SensibleWorm506,
the game received an update and we need to adjust the cheats to the new version. 
It's on the to-do list.
