My game keeps making the centipede boss glitch on the ceiling after i kill it and then when i go back into that room the game crashes and i cant continue

Can you send us your savegame?
You should be able to find it here
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\339340\remote\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum
