What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?

Does the versionnumber ingame matches the one in the trainer? (1.3.6)
Did you try activating the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?

I'm unable to activate - even when trying to change the key command - play icon doesn't engage either - trying to run on 1.4.22

Trying to activate on Main Menu as well as within a saved game

The play button has nothing to do with the cheats. All it does is launches the game.
You have to activate the cheat called "prepare".
