Cheat options do not work

Hi, we have reworked all the cheats and they should work again. Only the cheats for the employees could not be restored so far. But we are still trying. The others should work again :)

Currently the "No Trophies for research cheat is not functioning. I have launch Plitch as an admin and launched the game from inside Plitch..nothing works. The Fast research cheat works fine.
