Cheats are greyed out

I ran both Plitch and the game  in admin mode, but the cheats nor prepare show up. I'm running the msstore version 94. Other cheats for other games work fine. 

I also tried playing for a couple of minutes passed the tutorial, but everything remains greyed out.

Could not find an issue. Did you select the ms-store entry in PLITCH?
