Cheats bugged out the game
Each time I restart a checkpoint of abort a mission it gives me all of the weapons and I can't do anything to get just the equipped weapons it doesn't work. Also the money/resource cheat doesn't work anymore, the add cheats just stays unactive when I press the button to activate them.

About the other cheats not working at all: Have you tried spending/gaining some of the resources before and after using the resource cheats?

I tried to use the cheat after spending money when I arrived at the HQ nothing happened. I then tried after completing a mission, it worked once but I forgot to turn cheats off when opening the case in the cave and glitched all of the weapons into my inventory, tried on my second attempt after completing the same mission and nothing.
