Did you activate the prepare and the other cheats after loading into your savegame?
Which cheat are you talking about? :o

I activate "prepare cheat" and some cheat "infinite town population, fast recruitment" but the other cpu have my cheat.

When and where did you turn on the prepare? Before loading into the map or on the map?

In skirmish, i have this problem my cheat are also for the enemy);
in campaign the cheat don't work

What do you mean "in campaign they dont work"?
