Cheats Stop Working

When I start a new game or load a save game then use the activation cheat, cheats usually works. But often none of the cheats work. Sometimes the work for a turn or two then stop working. Closing the game and Plitch and restarting both doesn't fix it.

Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Are you using mods?

What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

I'm able to consistently reproduce it.

With the DLC that gives you Lysander quests/negotiations. When the screen popups to say to contribue to Lysander's Academy faction, If you type into the contributions box, all the cheats disable. Hitting Prepare wont work to re-enable.
