Hi. Playing cities skyline for the first time. I have to start the game manually before pressing play on PLITCH. Have done that but when I press play on PLITCH it comes up with the original message. the game is playing but PLITCH doesn't seem to know that. What can I do?

thank you for reporting the issue. Are you playing via Steam, Epic or Msstore and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Epic/ Msstore) in PLITCH?
