Code Clarification

I know that the code that maxes out talent points for drivers by just using one point also spills over onto the AI drivers. That is they must get the points as well because upon scouting drivers will have 100/100 in all stats. Im not too concerned about that because, to be frank, I was probably using the code incorrectly. Rather, in this thread, could someone let me know if the 100 mio on part development is granted to the AI as well? does anyone know if the Wind Tunnel/CFD cheat works for the AI too? Thanks in advance for any and all insight.

That's why there is the hint to disable the codes when not needed. Especially Money and Talent points.

Ok, was just wondering because the hint only speaks of Talent points, not the money.
