codes not working?

im using the epic games version with the epic codes, but the codes for levels, and char stats dont seem to work.

idk if its because u need to reach a certain point first, im at the point where i just beat the machine in the moutains that gets the red crystal dust.

Yeah, I can tell you right now, the cheat codes don't work. I have Prepare on, and the cheats don't work. If there's anything else to do, they're not in any description

If you press on the little "i" right next to the character cheats, you can open up the cheatdescription which says that you have to open up the status screen and finish a fight, after activating the cheat.

That's for PREMIUM cheats. I'm talking the standard cheats don't work either. And I am not able to access those descriptions either. There is no explanation for why the cheat's don't work.
