Command Points Doesn't Work

2 PostsWhenever I start a battle, I follow the instructions (wait 20-30 seconds) and then activate the prepare and unlimited units cheats. However the command points cheat adds requisition points (in battle), but the requisition points cheat does nothing.
Is the command points cheat intended for the army campaign map? That is, is it meant to add points to acquire more divisions, regiments, etc.?
