the game received an update and the new version is already available in Plitch.
Did you restart the trainer and use the updated version?

Issue is when going up an elevator that requires download to go to another area, it crashes too.

unfortunately we can't technically write the cheats any other way and they are already running on the most stable variant. However, I have also received crashes. For me, these can be avoided if I have disabled the "Unlimited Health" cheat before a loading screen. Please try that.
