since last update of ubisoft the game crashes a lot, and plitch can't be activated anymore

which cheat did you use that caused the game to crash?
Are you playing offline/solo?
Uplay or Uplay+?

I am not sure which cheat it is, I may be wrong However I believe there may be a problem with the game itself. I ran the game with no cheats and it crashed the same as if Plitch was active. As I do not know how Plitch works I can not really say it is/was Plitch unless Plitch actively changes the game.
