Please ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ GOG / EA) in the PLITCH dropdown menu. Also, please let us know which platform (Steam/ GOG / EA) you are using.
Also try to start both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame.

i got it working. seemed to be an issue with 'story mode'. once i 'prepared' the trainer in "single player' it worked. thanks
