please try to run both PLITCH and Steam with explicit admin rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator").
Make sure to load in your savegame and activate the "Prepare". Then try to activate the cheats and make sure to wait until the next dialog, or save and reload your game.
Only then you should see the new value.
Please try it out this way. Please also let me know which DLCs exactly you are using currently. Thanks in advance!

Please ensure to select the correct version (Steam) in the PLITCH dropdown menu. Please try to verify your game files in Steam. To do this, right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files. Let me know if this worked for you. Thank you in advance.
