Playing Steam version, and although the options in the trainer are active, I cannot use them at all. Tried multiple times, in multiple campaign missions. Nothing works.

Did you follow the hint that the game is dynamic and all function have to be accessed once? Also picked the steam not epic entry in the trainer? Plitch and game running as admin?
