Doesn't seem like the attribute cheats are working.

I've tried it several ways, but it doesn't seem like it's working.

Also I believe I've used them a long time ago. My question is if these attribute codes work. Does the enimies scale up their own power as a result.

The attribute cheats only work when you can control the individual characters, they do not work on the map overview etc. 
And no, the enemies do not power up their own as a result ;)

I use the skills cheat but my carry weight keeps going up every time I do

 I am getting only money and no weight on my attempts to use this cheat. Tried a lot of different ways. Can use items production time. So I will have a lot of money, but no "Buff''  characters. So if you find a way please send it on.
