Are you playing mass effect 3 or one of the other ones?
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

i cant prepare the trainer for mass effect 1

Did you make sure to select mass effect 1 as game in the trainer?
Because you're currently writing in a thread for mass effect 3.
