Hey Scouseleemini1#5777,
thank you for reporting the issue. Please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate the cheats after fully loading in your singleplayer savegame.
