thank you for letting us know. Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepares?
Additionally, please ensure to launch both PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". After that launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load in a mission and try to activate the Prepare.
