Game crashes when fighting enemies spawned from those red markes (1.03.04)

I also have this issue.

I receive a fatal error whenever I defeat a revenant. Started happening once I was able to go to the zone with the blacksmith. 

Fatal error! [code] 0x0000005 [Address] 00007ff73C572FFD

The most recent thing I did that caused this was using the Easy Kill cheat. However, I remember other times when just having Plitch on and "connected" so to speak caused the game to crash. Also, I have tried verifying the game files afterwards and the files do not seem to have had any issues. Perhaps just the anticheat built into the game? Idk.  

I am experiencing the same this when trying to fight and kill a revenant with Pitch being on only (No codes selected) for glory farming. I have done enough troubleshooting (that includes verifying the integrity of the game files) and tested various ways and the moment I kill a revenant the game crashes. All other codes will work fine without touching the revenants. Can this be looked upon please. Only thing that can be done in order to farm for glory is play the game without Plitch and farm for days lol.
