my game keeps crashing amidst jacks mission on an exact moment every time. already reload saves and restarted the mission.. any ideas?

its the cheats. i tried without and it didnt crash.
its on jacks loyalty mission, when youre fighting vorcha, and a side window breaks for more enemies, then the game crashes.

god mode, no reload then i tried one at time, the game stopped crashig when i turned the prepare cheats off. i use steam latest version.

Can you send me your savegame of that mission?
You should be able to find it here
\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save\ME2
and can open up a support ticket and attach a zip file.
