Game crashing - Red Alert

Honestly, I really dislike when people decide to take good solutions and mess it up all.
I copied the log, so you can see which one I was talking about:
Creating crash report...
Saving crash report...
Writing dump file...
Contacting crash reporting server: http://crashserviceext.petroglyphgames.com:6570/
Packaging report for upload...
Sending crash report

Done.
Also, I understand that this is crash is from the developer, since the log was sent to them. However, while everything was running fine until you force me (I hadn't a choice) to use Plitch and then it becomes unplayable... that's on you.

We had a variety of reason to make the switch, mostly the updated version that the mtu was . it was impossible to ever add new features to it again like ever ever. Within a couple of months it would have been dead dead since it cannot be updated.
anyway
You are playing red alert right ? Steam or origin? - the prepare was turned on on THE MAP, not before right? like with the mTU?

I'll be happy if this is solved.
I am playing via Steam, and it doesn't work in both Red Alert and Tiberian Dawn. The game opens when asked by Plitch, it recognizes when I am entering the map (some of the cheats readily light up). It's at the moment I click Num 0 (the Prepare one to be able to user other cheats) that the game crashes.
The weird part is that I am playing Campaign, but while the crash appears the game insides shows a Disconnect and a reconnecting with a countdown from online play, just like in Multiplayer.

But I think the game just makes a local server that should be the server error
