run it as admin

if that doesnt work update your drivers and reinstall the game if still doesnt launch it something is stopping it either antivirus or firewall

i cannot start the game from the plitch app so i run the game from steam so cheats work not all of them , would u be making a steam version?

The game is running via uplay anyways so there shouldn't be a difference.
Which exact cheat isn't working for you?
