There are two 'Miscellaneous' cheats that refer to Game Speed + or - 10%.
Do these speed/slow the game (while the players's speed remains unchanged)? In a timed exercise (like shooting 3 targets in a very short window), does this give you 10% more time to make these shots? I'm trying to understand the intent/impact of these settings. Thanks in advance!

Gamespeed cheat mostly just speeds up everything.
Just give the cheat a try to see it for yourself what the cheat really does. You can always use the "Gamespeed normal" cheat to revert everything :)
