thank you for letting us know. Did you make sure to select the latest Steam version in PLITCH when playing the game via Steam?
Additionally, please ensure to launch both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your singleplayer savegame.
