thank you for letting us know. Does the cheat only not work in a specific mission?
Also, please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate the Prepares after fully loading in your savegame.
