I tried the god mode cheat and it seems it's not working, i tried to enable it while on mission select and while on mission, still doesn't work, all other cheats works fine.

Have you tried verifying your game files in Steam? You can do this by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library, selecting Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.
