Please note that the Godmode doesn't protect you from falling damage, as this would cause bugs in the game.
I can recommend to try to following: start both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Then start the game with the "PLAY" button in PLITCH. This can help to increase the stability of the cheats :)
