I know you all wrote that in order to activate it, you have to be in battle and one of your soldiers must be wounded. That is not the case, you can activate it when walking around any settlement. Just throwing that out.

thanks for the info. Although the cheat can be activated earlier, we still recommend activating the cheats after getting hit to ensure that all functions are fully loaded :)

Also I should point out that if there are issues with the cheat not working, you should shut down the game and restart it!
