The trainer is up to date :o
Were you able to activate the godmode but it didn't seem to have a function?
Steam or MSStore and did you make sure to select the right version (Steam/MSStore) in the trainer?

for me I used steamed and I seem to still be able to die.

Are you playing solo/offline?
Are you playing a beta/experimental version of the game?
Did you activate the godmode AFTER loading into your savegame?

Godmode crashes the game for me. I'm playing it on steam. Once I activate it, it sends me back to my desktop.
